General provisions
1.1. These terms (hereinafter — “Terms”) define the procedure and rules for participation in the special offer for arranging a power of attorney to collect the original diploma from Ukrainian higher education institutions (hereinafter — “Offer”).
1.2. The Offer is intended for graduates of Ukrainian higher education institutions who are located outside Ukraine.
1.3. By using the service, the client confirms that they have read and fully agree to these Terms.
- Validity period of the Offer
2.1. The Offer is valid until the end of martial law in Ukraine.
2.2. Notarizi reserves the right to terminate or extend the validity period of the Offer early, with prior notice posted on the website.
- Cost of the service
3.1. The fixed cost of notarial certification of the power of attorney under the Offer is 95 (ninety-five) euros.
3.2. The stated price does not include delivery of the completed document. The cost of courier delivery (express or standard) is paid separately by the client and calculated individually depending on the country and delivery method.
3.3. Additional services not included in the Offer’s base package (in particular, where required — apostille, translation, notarial actions beyond the standard scope, expedited processing, etc.) are paid separately according to Notarizi’s current rates.
- Provision of the document template
4.1. InstaDoc provides the online power of attorney template for completion free of charge (subject to its subsequent certification through Notarizi), at the link https://instaco.com.ua/create-document/dovirenist-dlya-otrimannya-diplomu-notarizi
4.2. The free provision of the template does not exempt the client from paying for the preparation and notarial certification services in accordance with clause 3.1 of these Terms.
- Liability of the parties
5.1. Client’s liability. The client independently completes the power of attorney template and bears full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information entered (personal data, the attorney-in-fact’s details, the details of the educational institution, etc.). InstaDoc and Notarizi do not verify or guarantee the correctness of the information entered by the client.
5.2. Notarizi’s liability. Notarizi is responsible exclusively for the proper conduct of the document’s notarial certification procedure: biometric identification of the signatory, conducting the video session, and certification of the document by a licensed foreign notary.
5.3. Notarizi is not liable for any consequences arising from errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete data entered by the client into the document template, nor for a higher education institution’s refusal to issue the diploma for reasons unrelated to the notarial certification of the power of attorney.
5.4. The client independently verifies that the completed power of attorney meets the requirements of the specific higher education institution issuing the diploma.
- Service procedure
6.1. The client fills out the power of attorney template on the InstaDoc website at the link https://instaco.com.ua/create-document/dovirenist-dlya-otrimannya-diplomu-notarizi.
6.2. After completing the form, the filled-out document is sent to [email protected] or to Notarizi’s messenger at +4915218043569.
6.3. A Notarizi manager arranges with the client a date and time for the notarial video session.
6.4. Signing and certification of the document take place remotely with the participation of a licensed foreign notary.
6.5. The completed document is delivered to the client by the delivery method chosen and paid for by the client.
6.7. The certification period for the power of attorney is up to 3 business days from the date the client signs it.
6.8. Delivery times are subject to the rules and standards of the courier service.
- Other terms
7.1. Notarizi reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms, with the updated version posted on the website in advance.
